Examined material. 5Ƌ 1♀: NW Ethiopia, 30km SE Bahir Dar, Tis Isat, Blue Nile Falls, 1640m (l), 11°29‘08“N 37°35‘28“E, 25. VI.2008, leg. Hacker & Schreier (ZSM G20356 / Ƌ/ BC ZSM Lep 103758) ; 5♀: S ETHIOPIA SN, Arba Minch, below Hotel Bekele Mola, thornbush, 1310 m (l), 10°26’N 39°53’E, 29.IV.2008, leg. Hacker & Schreier (ZSM G 20349 / ♀ / BC ZSM Lep 101614; ZSM G 20810/ ♀) .
Genetic data. BIN: BOLD:AAQ3772 (n=2 from Ethiopia, n=4 from South Africa, Swaziland, Namibia; maximum variation 0.8%). Nearest species: Z. ilma (4.8%).
Distribution. Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Tanzania, Zimbabwe (Fletcher 1974; Aarvik & Bjørnstad 2007). New for the fauna of Ethiopia and Swaziland.
