W of Bigoudine, 30.74828°N, 9.27477°W (1400 m), 14.VI.2013 (1♀); Biougra-Tafraout, 29.99501°N, 9.03187°W (1050 m), 23.V.2013 (2♂♂, 2♀♀); pass in Antiatlas to Tafraout, 29.83124°N, 9.03740°W (1560-1800 m), 23.V.2013 (2♂♂, 3♀♀, 1♀ nymph); NE Taliouine, 30.56452°N, 7.95019°W (1140 m), 29.III.2019 (1♂); S Taroudant, 30.53051°N, 8.4124°W (600 m), 29.III.2019 (1♂) .

Distribution. P. theryi, described as species by Werner (1931) and considered subspecies of P. dolichocera by Descamps & Mounassif (1972), has been reinstated at species level by Massa (2013), who also pointed out that it is distributed in a more southern Moroccan area than the previous one.
