Holotype male with labels: (1) handwritten on white label: “ South of Gansu Province / 79.4 Chin ”; (2) green label with no writing; (3) handwritten on white label: “ Lasiomma / anthomyioides / sp.n.”; (4) handwritten on pink label: “ Holotype ”; (5) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ TYPE / Lasiomma / anthomyioides / Fan ”.

Preservation: pinned; genitalia dissected and mounted on paper triangle. Missing parts: left wing; left fore and mid legs.
