Comment : Peters’ description is based on a single specimen, borrowed from [and sent back to] Gould. The collector of the specimen ZMB 6995 is unknown, but H. Rolle traded natural history objects world-wide between 1890 and 1918. Since the holotype is a male in alcohol (skull extracted) with inventory number AM 137 (Palmer register) in the collections of the Australian Museum Syndney, ZMB 6995 cannot be a type specimen of T. flaviventris .
