Material.—One disarticulated specimen and two pygidia (repository numbers: NIGP−152029, 152047).

Remarks.—This species is distinguished by its anterior cranidial margin that is not pointed, cincture expressed as a narrow furrow, pygidial pleural furrows which maintain their depth as crossing cincture (become shallower and obscure in Vietnamia yushanensis sp. nov.; see Fig. 8 F), and less distinct lateral and posterior edge anterior to cincture.
