Redescription. Male. Small insects, body black ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1–4 ). Length of the body 2.0–2.62, width 1.10–1.19. Head. Black ( Figs 3–6 View FIGURES 1–4 View FIGURES 5–9 ). Vertex with three paler dots. Length of head 0.47–0.63, width of head 0.60–0.69. Dorsal width of eye 0.14–0.17, width of vertex 0.30–0.35. First antennal segment dark brown to black. Second antennal segment brown to dark brown. Third and fourth segments brown ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1–4 ). Length of antennal segments: 0.16–018: 0.53–0.60: 0.22–0.23: 0.27–0.31. Labium brown, first segment whitish at apical half. Length of labial segments: 0.36–0.37: 0.35–0.41: 0.22–0.26: 0.44–0.51. Thorax. Pronotal collar black, pronotum black. Length of pronotum 0.45–0.49, length of anterior margin 0.41–0.47, lateral margins 0.42–0.48, posterior margin 0.88–1.13. Mesoscutum and scutellum black ( Figs 8–9 View FIGURES 5–9 ). Hemelytra black in some specimens paler or tinged with red along costal fracture. Cuneus brown to dark brown. Membrane grey to dark grey, venation grey. Body ventrally chestnut to dark brown, coxae and trochanters chestnut, femora chestnut to dark brown, apex pale. Tibiae and tarsi pale brown, covered with short, fine setae ( Figs 10–12 View FIGURES 10–12 ). Male genitalia. Aedeagus ( Figs 14–16 View FIGURES 13–16 ). Endosoma membranous; ductus seminis long, sclerotized portion of ductus seminis inside endosoma broadened apically, with two strongly developed extensions on dorsal margin, that are broadened toward apex, apically rounded. Left paramere ( Figs 17–18 View FIGURES 17–20 ) with apical process broadened in dorsal view, furnished with relatively long spine apically; paramere body covered with long erect setae. Right paramere distinctly flattened, moderately curved, its apical process weakly broadened; paramere body covered with long, erect setae ( Figs 19–20 View FIGURES 17–20 ).

Female. Macropterous. Similar to male but bigger and more robust than male. Rostrum reaching well beyond metacoxae. Length of body 2.40–2.96, width 1.20–1.30 mm, length of head 0.42–0.62, width 0.50–0.75, dorsal width of eye 0.10–0.18, width of vertex 0.25–0.39. Length of antennal segments 0.12: 0.44: 0.14: 0.24. Length of labial segments: 0.34: 0.36: 0.20: 0.39. Length of pronotum 0.38–0.62, anterior margin 0.38–0.53, lateral margins 0.42–0.62, posterior margin 0.92–1.25.
