Paratypus: USA. Ohio, Adams Co., Sepsut Burial Mound, on bark of living Red Cedar [ Juniperus virginiana ], 14 Sep 1975, leg. H.W. Keller 1608, DWM 2428 [one box, K-M001435074], ( Fig. 6L ).

Notes. This is one of the paratypes distributed by Keller (1980: 399). The holotype is in BPI 817950, along with various isotypes and paratypes. The box only has the collection numbers of Keller and Mitchell, but the other data on the specimen are in the notebook.
