Diagnosis. Body length 10.3–14.1 mm. Clypeus with basal half punctured and apical half smooth and median extension rounded ( Fig. 397 View FIGURES 395–404 ); lateral side of pronotum without distinct transdiscal groove ( Fig. 400 View FIGURES 395–404 ); median carina of propodeal areola not complete ( Fig. 399 View FIGURES 395–404 ); dorsal side of propodeum without submarginal carina, areola tapered towards apex ( Fig. 399 View FIGURES 395–404 ); metanotum with coarse punctures except at small middle region ( Fig. 399 View FIGURES 395–404 ); fore wing slightly infumated, marginal cell of fore wing without a forwardly directed terminal spur ( Fig. 402 View FIGURES 395–404 ).
