Type:— L, no. det. 19671, holotype (herb. van Soest 38034) !
Doll (1978: 640):—“Von uns einmal an der Malowitza-Hütte gefunden.“
Herbarium voucher specimens:—Flora von Bulgarien, Rila-Gebirge, Maljowitza-Hütte. 16 Jul [19]76, R. Doll [as Taraxacum carinthiacum ] ( JE, no. det. 19052).
Interpretation:— A gathering on two herbarium sheets; two of the plants have a regular pollen. The collection does not belong to T. carinthiacum nor to T. sect. Alpina. Plants represent T. paludosiforme .
