Syringophiloidus schoeniclusi Skoracki, 2002

This species was originally described from Emberiza schoeniclus (Linnaeus) ( Passeriformes : Emberizidae ) from Slovakia and Poland (Skoracki 2002, 2004a). In Kazakhstan, this species was collected from the type host.

Material examined. 3 females ( AVB 07-1010-006) from Emberiza schoeniclus (Linnaeus) ( Passeriformes : Emberizidae ); KAZAKHSTAN: Kyzylkol’ Lake, 335m, 43°44'35.1''N, 69°30'06.6''E, 10 October 2007, coll. P. Klimov.
