Etymology. The species is named for the collector and ' otilanoi ' is a latinized noun used in the genitive case.
Type material. Holotype ♂, PHILIPPINES, Luzon I., Albay Prov, Guinobatan , I.1977, F. Otilano ( BPBM, # 11,944).
