Type host: Turdus olivater sanctaemartae (Todd) .
Type locality: Chinchicua [as Chinchicue], Colombia .
Type material: Holotype male [slide 56726] deposited in the USNM, from the Carriker collection [slide 7398], and one paratype female deposited in the NHML [slide NHML010709959 View Materials ]. The location of the female allotype is unknown.
