Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin words " sex " (= six) and " digitus " (= finger), in reference to the shape of median apophysis on the male pedipalpal bulb. Term in apposition.
Diagnosis. Sinoneta sexdigiti sp. nov. can be distinguished from S. notabilis sp. nov. by the absence of PLE and PME, only ALE present, the bifurcated tibial spur I, equidistant arrangement of tibial spurs I–IV, the 6 dents on median apophysis distally, the no protruded genital area and the spaced spermathecae.
Description. Holotype male. Total length 1.82. Prosoma 0.78 long, 0.70 wide. Sternum 0.54 long, 0.52 wide. Opisthosoma 1.02 long, 0.76 wide. Dorsal shield of prosoma pale yellow, pyriform, a pair of stiff setae on posterior area of ocular area. Thoracic median groove fuscous, needle-shaped. Cervical groove and radial furrows indistinct. Clypeus 0.18 high, slightly sloped anteriorly, densely short setae on clypeal area. Only 2 vestigial eyespots, white. PLE and PME absent. Eye sizes: ALE 0.04, AER 0.09. Chelicerae pale brown, fang furrow with 8 promarginal and 5 retromarginal teeth. Endites pale brown. Labium rebordered. Sternum and legs yellow. Leg measurements: I 8.03 (2.25, 0.33, 2.30, 1.85, 1.30); II 6.93 (1.95, 0.33, 1.95, 1.55, 1.15); III 5.90 (1.70, 0.30, 1.60, 1.40, 0.90); IV 7.45 (2.10, 0.30, 2.10, 1.80, 1.15). Leg formula: I-IV-II-III. Several setae on each femur. A row of thin hairs along tibiae I and II retrolaterally. All tibiae modified by 3 trichobothria and 5–8 setae. A cluster of serrated hairs-comb on ventral base of metatarsi II and III respectively. Opisthosoma pale, ovoid, covered with yellow hairs, lacking pigmentation.
Pedipalpal femur lacks large setae. One dorsal seta at patella distally. Pedipalpal tibia modified by 3 dorsal trichobothria and 5 retrolateral large spurs. Of them tibial spur I largest and bifurcated, distinctly swollen basally. Tibial spurs I–V equidistant arrangement. Pedipalpal tarsus rugose, contracted mesially, attaching a small earlobe-shaped process retrolaterally and 3–5 setae distally. Pedipalpal bulb large and ovoid. Prolatral lobe tongue-shaped. Conductor shorter slightly than embolus, broad and crinkled. Embolus broad triangular, membranous. Median apophysis sclerotized distinctly, divided into 6 fingers distally.
Female. Similar to male in general features and somatic coloration, but body size larger and legs shorter. Total length 2.16. Prosoma 0.90 long, 0.80 wide. Sternum 0.62 long, 0.56 wide. Opisthosoma 1.34 long, 0.92 wide. Clypeus 0.16 high. Two white eyespots. Eye sizes: ALE 0.05; AER 0.11. Cheliceral fang furrow with 8 promarginal and 5 retromarginal teeth. Leg measurements: I 7.97(2.17, 0.35, 2.35, 1.80, 1.30); II 7.11(1.95, 0.33, 2.00, 1.53, 1.30); III 5.92(1.70, 0.30, 1.60, 1.37, 0.95); IV 7.38(2.10, 0.33, 2.05, 1.75, 1.15). Leg formula: I-IV-II-III. The chaetotaxy and trichobothria of each leg same as in male.
Genital area no protruded, covered with sparse long hairs. Internal genitalia with a pair of spermathecae and sperm ducts. spermathecae smallish, twisted weakly, with modified short hairs same as in sperm ducts. Atrium is wide, slightly rugose at center.
Distribution. Known only from type locality.
