Chinese name: ØIḦẅDz
Material. Holotype, SCAU (A)-165, Male.
Etymology. The specific epithet is from the Latin ‘ crinalis ’, meaning body covered with numerous strong setae and hairs.
Description
Head: head slightly flattened dorsally, vertex wide, with some small setae; compound eyes developed, large, laterally compressed, protruding in the dorsal view; ocellus absent; frons with three setae on both sides; antennal scape shield-like, located between the front of compound eyes, pedicel cylindrical, flagellum longer than body length; maxillary palpi three segments visible, labial palpi incomplete; clypeus short, incomplete covered mandible; mandible exposed, maxillae slender ( Figs. 1C View FIGURE 1 , 2B View FIGURE 2 ).
Pronotum: pronotum relatively short and nearly rectangle square, narrower than the head in dorsal view; anterior, posterior and lateral margin with a series of long setae, disc with several sparse setae, lateral lobe with abundant hairs.
Prothoracic leg: procoxa with a series of long setae; profemur and protibia covered with abundant hairs and strong, long setae; tympana absent; protibia with one, slender apical spur; probasitarsus parallelly and ventrally covered two rows of short setae; second tarsomeres elongate; third tarsomere shorter than basitarsus, with two slightly curved claws ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 , Fig. 2C View FIGURE 2 ).
Mesothoracic leg: mesofemur and mesotibia covered with abundant hairs and a series of long setae; mesotibia with two apical spurs; tarsus is similar to the prothoracic leg ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 , Fig. 2D View FIGURE 2 ).
Metathoracic leg: metafemur with a dense covering of hairs and a row of long setae on the dorsal margin, a series of setae on the ventral margin and sparse hairs on the outer side; metafemur ventral gutter wide, largely extended laterally on the inner side, metatibia with seven subapical spurs (inner three and outer four) and six apical spurs (inner three and outer three), inner middle spur longest; metabasitarsi serrulated, with a row of short setae on ventral and dorsal, apical with one inner and one outer spine, second tarsomeres short, third tarsomere with two slightly curved claws ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 , Fig. 2E View FIGURE 2 ).
Abdomen: most of the abdomen blocked by cracks, each segment with abundant setae, genital plate transversal on the terminal, epiproct base semicircular and tapering at the end; cerci articulated with short and long setae.
Measurements. Length. Body 3.14 mm (without antennae); prothoracic leg 3.01 mm; mesothoracic leg 3.47 mm; metathoracic leg 6.54 mm.
