Type specimens. Of G. paynei : ɗ holotype and 2ɗ and 1Ψ paratypes ( VMNH) collected by J. A. Payne, 27 January 1968, at Tifton, Tift Co., Georgia; 19ɗ & Ψ paratypes ( VMNH) taken by same collector at same locality on 12 & 29 October and 18–24 November 1967 and 13 January 1968.
