Distribution in Iran: Mazandaran ( Platia 2017a).

General distribution. Armenia ( Cate 2007), Iran ( Platia 2017a).

Comment. This species was originally described in the genus Athous ( Schwarz 1897) and later classified in Hemicrepidius (e.g., Cate 2007).
