29. Ponera attenuata View in CoL   HNS .

Worker. Length 3 lines. - Shining-black: narrow, elongate, smooth and impunctate. The antennae fusco-ferruginous, palest towards their apex; the mandibles and face anteriorly rufo-testaceous. The tarsi and articulations of the legs rufotestaceous; the thorax strangulated in the middle, compressed posteriorly. Abdomen strangulated between the first and second segments; the posterior margins of the segments rufo-testaceous.
