Northeastern part: 2440 m, May 1925, Forrest 26656 ( BM, K, NY, P); Myitkyina District : 2285 m, 6 Apr 1938, Kermode 17172 ( K); same loc., 2745 m, 23 Mar 1939, Kingdon-Ward 443 ( NY), det. C . Schweinfurth. Also reported from Sagaing Region and Chin and Shan states by Kress et al. (2003: 86), but we have not seen material from these areas.
Distribution:— Myanmar, Vietnam and southwestern China.
