Distribution in Angola (Provinces): 1) LUA.

Historic records:

—Loanda (= Luanda) (LUA) ( Kraatz 1900 and Ferreira 1965 sub Trichius tristiculus Kraatz ).

Material examined: none.

Remarks. The species is endemic of Angola ( Kraatz 1900; Schoolmeesters 2018). Burgeon (1946) stated that the species of this genus are diurnal and flower visitors. Other biological and ecological data are not available.
