Type host: Aplonis panayensis (Scopoli) ( Passeriformes : Sturnidae ). Type locality: Indonesia.
Host range and distribution. Oligoxenous species associated with the starlings ( Passeriformes : Sturnidae ): Aplonis panayensis (Scopoli) , Enodes erythrophris (Temminck) and Mino dumontii Lesson (Sturnidae) , all from Indonesia ( Skoracki & Glowska, 2008).
