Type host: Hylocichla mustelina (Gmelin) ( Passeriformes : Turdidae ). Type locality: USA.

Host range and distribution. Monoxenous species inhabiting Hylocichla mustelina (Gmelin) ( Passeriformes : Turdidae ) in USA ( Skoracki et al. 2014a).
