Material examined. Holotype: Ƥ, Mt. Baiyun, Songxian, Henan Province (112°06ʹE, 34°15ʹN, alt. 1800 m), 24.07.2001, Yihai Zhong leg.; paratypes, 2 Ƥ, Honghuaduo, Shennongjia, Hubei Province (110°43ʹE, 31°43ʹN, alt. 1200 m), 0 3.07.2007, Wei Xiao leg.
Distribution. China (Henan, Hubei) ( Fig. 108 View FIGURE 108 ).
Female ( Figs 7, 8 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ): Body length 11 mm. Pale yellow, black are: posterior half of frons continuing with most basal part of postocellar area, a faint middle spot on upper part of the occiput, antenna except ventral sides of pedicel and scape, three large spots each on mesonotal middle and lateral lobe, lower part of parapsis, some faint spots on metanotum, 2 lateral bands on each base of terga 4–8. Legs muddy yellow, black are: a narrow stripe each on dorsal part of four front legs from apical half of femur to claw, a narrow apical stripes each on inner and outer side of metafemur, an inner band on metatibia, apex of metatibia, metatarsus entirely. Wings hyaline, fore wing vein C, R1, 2r and stigma pale green, other veins black. Punctures on dorsal part of head shallow and scattered, interspaces with microsculpture, luster distinct; punctures on upper part of mesepisternum shallow and minute, rather dense, on lower part extremely minute, shallow and indistinct, interspaces polished, strongly shiny. Median fovea widely and shallowly reaching to median ocellus; postocellar area slightly elevated, 2 times as broad as long ( Figs 43 View FIGURES 40 – 45 , 60 View FIGURES 59 – 67 ); antenna shorter than combined length of thorax and abdomen, flagellomere 1 about 1.1 times length of flagellomere 2; mesoscutellum prismaticly and strongly elevated in lateral view ( Fig. 36 View FIGURES 35 – 39 ). Ovipositor sheath distinctly shorter than hind tarsomere 1 in lateral view, valvula 3 round at apex and longer than valvifer 2 in lateral view. Lancet with 23 serrulae (Fig. 77), base of each serrula distinctly elevated, middle serrula each with 2 basal denticles and 7–10 distal denticles (Fig. 89).
