Material examined. Holotype: Ƥ, Laojieling, Xixia, Henan Province (111°46ʹE, 33°37ʹN, alt. 1234 m), 17.07.1998, Suping Sun leg.; paratypes: Henan Province: 1 Ƥ, Songxian (111°59ʹE, 33°54ʹN, alt. 1500 m), 19.07.1996, Meicai Wei leg.; 1 Ƥ, Dakuaidi, Lushi (110°59ʹE, 33°45ʹN, alt. 1700 m), 20.07.2001, Yihai Zhong leg.; 1 Ƥ, Mt. Baiyun, Songxian (111°59ʹE, 33°54ʹN, alt. 1500–1600 m), 19– 25.07.2002, Jigang Jiang leg.; 2 Ƥ, Mt. Baiyun, Songxian (111°59ʹE, 33°54ʹN, alt. 1650 m), 17.07.2004, Shaobin Zhang leg.
Distribution. China (Henan) ( Fig. 107 View FIGURE 107 ).
Female ( Figs 5, 6 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ): Body length 9.5–10.5 mm. Head and thorax muddy yellow, black are: posterior half of frons continuing with ocellar area, lateral furrow continuing with spot on inner orbit, upper part of hind orbit, upper part of occiput, antenna except ventral sides of scape and pedicel, median part of pronotum, median mesoscutal lobe except lateral sides, lateral mesoscutal lobe except a central triangular spot, parapsis, mesopostnotum, metanotum except metascutellum and median of metapostnotum, area near mesopleural suture, anterior margin of mesepimeron; dorsal part of abdominal terga black, hind part of each tergum with a central triangular muddy yellow spot, abdomen ventrally green. Legs muddy yellow, black are: dorsal parts of four front legs from base of femur to claw, a stripe on outer side of metacoxa and metafemur, an apical stripe on inner side of metafemur, metatibia and metatarsus. Wings hyaline, fore wing vein C, R1, 2r and stigma pale green, other veins dark brown. Punctures on dorsal part of head rather large and shallow, microsculpture dense, luster distinct; upper part of mesepisternum moderately and uniformly punctured, punctures on lower part extremely minute and shallow, interspaces distinctly shiny; punctures and microsculpture on mesoscutellum indistinct, slightly shiny. Malar space slightly broader than or as broad as diameter of median ocellus; median fovea shallowly reaching to median ocellus; postocellar area slightly elevated, about 1.7 times as broad as long ( Figs 42 View FIGURES 40 – 45 , 59 View FIGURES 59 – 67 ); antenna shorter than combined length of thorax and abdomen, flagellomere 1 about 1.1 times length of flagellomere 2; mesoscutellum prismaticly and strongly elevated, lateral ridge distinct, anterior slope as long as the posterior slope in lateral view ( Fig. 35 View FIGURES 35 – 39 ). Ovipositor sheath distinctly shorter than middle tarsomere 1 in lateral view, valvula 3 round at apex and distinctly longer than valvifer 2 in lateral view. Lancet with 23 serrulae (Fig. 76), base of each serrula elevated, middle serrula each with 2 basal denticles and 7–9 distal denticles (Fig. 88).
Male. Unknown.
Variation. Outer side of hind leg pale, the black stripe on metafemur may be very faint, and on metacoxa absent.
