Material examined. Holotype: Ƥ, Deqin, Yunnan Province (99°04ʹE, 28°27ʹN, alt. 3200 m), 15.07.2004, Wei Xiao leg.

Distribution. China (Yunnan) ( Fig. 107 View FIGURE 107 ).

Etymology. The specific epithet, an adjective, refers to the hind coxa, which has two separate black stripes on outer side.

Female ( Figs 1, 2 View FIGURES 1 – 4 ): Body length 10.5 mm. Head and thorax muddy yellow, abdomen yellow brown, black are: frons except median fovea, lateral fovea, ocellar area, postocellar area except posterior margin, upper part of hind orbit, middle spot on upper part of the occiput, antenna except ventral side of pedicel, pronotum except median part and posterolateral corner, posterior margin of tegula, median mesoscutal lobe except a V-shaped spot on lateral sides, lateral mesoscutal lobe except a central butterfly-shaped spot, lower part of meseparapsis, posterolateral margin of metaposternum, a narrow stripe on mesopleural suture, a band on central part of each tergum, apex of ovipositor sheath. Legs muddy yellow, black are: a stripe on each dorsal part of four front legs, an inner stripe and two outer separate stripes on metacoxa, faint spots on outer side of metatrochanter, a broad inner band and a narrow outer band on metafemur, metatibia except an ventral elliptical spot near apex, metatarsus except ventral base of each tarsomere. Wings hyaline, fore wing vein C, R1 and stigma pale green, other veins black.

Labrum and clypeus with a few minute and shallow punctures; punctures on dorsal part of head large and deep, interspaces with coarse microsculpture, feebly shiny; mesonotum with dense punctures, interspaces shiny; punctures on upper part of mesepisternum large and deep, on lower part minute and dense, interspaces polished without microsculpture, strongly shiny ( Figs 39 View FIGURES 35 – 39 ); anepimeron with distinct sculpture, katepimeron polished without punctures, microsculpture indistinct, shiny; metapleuron with minute and shallow punctures, microsculpture indistinct, shiny; disc of mesoscutellum polished without punctures, lateral part with large and distinct punctures, shiny, posttergum polished, with a few large and shallow punctures, microsculpture indistinct, strongly shiny; punctures on terga minute, shallow and scattered, interspaces with distinct microsculpture and oily luster; punctures on outer side of hind coxa moderate.

Anterior margin of labrum round, middle part with shallow notch; clypeus truncately incised to 1/3 of its middle length, lateral lobes acute; malar space 1.5 times as long as diameter of median ocellus; inner margins of eyes convergent downwards; supra-antennal tubercles indistinct; frontal area elevated, below top of eyes in lateral view, frontal ridges blunt; median fovea ditch-like, shallow, but not reaching to median ocellus, lateral furrow shallow; interocellar furrow shallow, postocellar furrow absent; postocellar area distinctly elevated, 2 times as broad as long, lateral furrow deep and straight posteriorly; head distinctly narrowed behind eyes in dorsal view ( Figs 40 View FIGURES 40 – 45 , 57 View FIGURES 53 – 58 ). Antenna shorter than combined length of thorax and abdomen, flagellomere 1 about 1.05 times length of flagellomere 2. Mesoscutellum prismaticly elevated, with shallow and narrow middle furrow, lateral carinae rather acute, posttergum with acute middle carina. Hind tarsomere 1 distinctly longer than combined length of following 4 tarsomeres, claw with inner tooth as long as outer tooth. Fore wing with middle petiole of anal cell nearly as long as 0.5 times length of basal anal cell, 1.5 times length of vein R+M; petiole of hind wing anal cell slightly longer than half of vein cu-a.

Ovipositor sheath distinctly shorter than hind tarsomere 1 in lateral view, valvula 3 (apical sheath) narrow at apex and longer than valvifer 2 (basal plate). Lancet with 21 serrulae (Fig. 74), base of each serrula flat, middle serrula without basal denticle but each with 5–7 distal denticles (Fig. 86).

Male. Unknown.
