Remarks. Ectoedemia spinosella is common and widespread in France, and has been recorded from an unspecified site in Corsica. The description of the mine of ‘ Nepticula malella ’ on ‘prunelier’ ( Prunus spinosa ) by Brown & Gouin (1917) most likely refers to E. spinosella .
