TL: Ceylon [= Sri Lanka].
Distribution: India (Uttarakhand, Andaman Islands); Brunei; Indonesia (Java); Malaysia; Nepal; Sabah; Sambawa; Sri Lanka; Sulawesi; Sumatra; Thailand; Vietnam ( Diakonoff 1976; Robinson et al. 1994; Koçak & Kemal 2012; Nedoshivina 2013).
Hosts: Dahlia coccinea (Asteraceae) and Camellia sp. ( Theaceae ) are reported as host plants ( Yunus & Ho 1980; Robinson et al. 2001).
Illustrations: Adult ( Nedoshivina 2013: 223) and genitalia ( Rose & Pooni 2004: 168).
