Neobisium (Neobisium) cf. minimum ( Beier, 1928) View in CoL
Obisium (Obisium) muscorum minimum Beier, 1928: 289 .
Neobisium (Neobisium) minimum View in CoL : Červená et al. 2020a: 222, 225, 226; WPC 2023.
Neobisium cf. minimum View in CoL : Novák 2018: 101.
Occurrence: Austria, France, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Slovenia (WPC 2023).
Known localities in Hungary: Rudabányácska: Tarda Valley; Sátoraljaújhely: Sátor Hills (Novák 2018).
New data: nil.
Habitat preference: little is known about the habitat preferences of this taxon, but it was found in beech forest in Hungary (Novák 2018).
Remarks: this species is known only from the Zemplén Mts (Novák 2018). As the distinction between N. carcinoides and N. minimum is not resolved, the taxonomic relationship of these two species is only likely to be solved using molecular data or karyotype analysis ( Mahnert 1988; Šťáhlavský 2003; Muster et al. 2021).
