Neoaulobia agapornis Fain, Bochkov & Mironov, 2000 View in CoL

Distribution. Agapornis nigrigenis Sclater (blackmasked lovebird) ( Psittaciformes : Psittacidae ); ( Fain et al. 2000).

Remarks. The host originated from Zambia, but was later kept in captivity in Antwerp Zoo, Belgium. This mite species was collected after the death of the bird.
