Material examined. Syntype ♀ M. splendida , India, Pusa ( BMNH). 2 3, Pakistan: Sindh Prov., Mirpurkhas, 29.viii.1974, M. Razi, Bamboo; 1 3, Tando Adam, 6.vi.1975, A. Hasnat (all ZMUK). Distribution. India, Pakistan.

Remarks. This species is drawn from the Pakistan material and is compared with the female type and to figures sent to us by C. Viraktamath from a manuscript in preparation.
