Plant shortly hirsute; stems without axillary fascicles of leaves. Lower leaves ovate-lanceolate, the rest linear or linear-lanceolate. Verticillasters mostly with 2-4 subsessile flowers; peduncles rather strict. Corolla-tube 2-3 mm longer than calyx-tube. Flowering in spring. Nutlets shortly apiculate. • Italy, Sardegna, Sicilia.
