Holotype: PEM R13502 (formerly PEM R1514 View Materials /81); Forbes Reef (26°09’S, 31°05’E), Swaziland; J. Culverwell, October 1968. GoogleMaps

Paratype: PEM R13503 (formerly PEM R1514 View Materials /82); same collection details as holotype .

Remarks. Holotype in perfect condition with four ventral longitudinal incisions. Paratype with continuous ventral incision from behind head to cloaca, in poor condition.
