Material examined. 1♀, NW China, Liaoning Province, Kuandian County, Daxicha Forest , cocoon collected and emerged 20.VI.2011, 40°44′58″N, 125°11′35″E, 446 m GoogleMaps altitude, Yang Zhong-Qi leg; 1♀, id., but 9.VII.2009.
Hosts. Parasitoid of Massicus raddei (new record).
Distribution. China (Fujian, Guizhou, Henan, Jilin, Shaanxi, Liaoning, Taiwan, Zhejiang), Japan, Korea, Russia, Vietnam.
Remarks. Body length ♀ 4.1–5.2 mm.
