By a presence of the outer subhumeral stria this species shares the species of the genus Margarinotus Marseul, 1854 : “… de cet insecte rappelle assez celles de Hister distinctus Er. ” ( Thérond, 1965: 12), but median lobe of the edeagus without a median armature ( Figs. 15, 16), whereas the presence of the median armature is a feature typical for the genus Margarinotus .
