Type depositories. Holotype, female ( AM); 15 paratypes: 1 male ( BMNH), 1 male, 1 sex unknown ( NMV), 3 males incl. allotype, 2 females ( AM), 2 females ( SMNH), 2 sex unknown, 1 female ( SAM), 1 male, 1 female ( ANIC). In the original description, Neboiss (1957) reported 16 paratypes (including the allotype), but we were able to locate only 15 of them.

Type locality. Australia: Queensland, Cairns district .

Distribution. Australia (New South Wales, Queensland).
