New material. Two males and two females labeled “ Guatemala, Baja Verapáz, Purulhá , Hotel Posada Montaña del Quetzal. 1646 m . 22 May 2016. Longitude: 15.195844. Latitude: 90.207667. J. Monzón ”. One male and four females labeled “ Baja Verapáz, Purulhá, Hotel Ranchitos del Quetzal . 1656 m. 4 May 2016. Latitude: 15.215747, Longitude: -90.219087. J. Monzón”.

Comments. This species also presents a broad distribution in Guatemala, previously reported from the departments of Alta Verapáz and Huehuetenango, in an altitudinal range from 1300 to 2050 m . ( Gorochov & Cadena-Castañeda, 2016). These records represent information for the species in the departments of Baja Verapáz at middle elevations and commonly sympatric with G. anderi .
