Material: Two specimens: Irbid, Busailah 2.IV.1994 (2ɗ).
Distribution: Palaearctic: Palestine, Spain, Syria.
The males of this species are characterized by the black hairs on the face, while the females have white hairs and can be confused with Geron krymensis or Geron intonsus ( Greathead, 2001) .
