Geographic Location: QC: Abitibi ( Déchêne & Buddle 2009, 2010); NS: Cape Breton Highlands NP (Behan-Pelletier 2010; Behan-Pelletier et al. 1987); NL: between Corner Brook and Little Grand Lake ( Dwyer et al. 1997, 1998).

Habitats: boreal mixedwood forest; Balsam fir forests.

Distribution: Eastern Nearctic.
