Diagnosis. Males of this species have a long, triangular aedeagus with black apico-lateral hooks and a stout greatly curved gonostylus, the apical third of which is slender ( Figs. 1A, B View FIG ). Females unknown.
Distribution. Algeria, UAE, December–March, May. This is the first record from the UAE.
