Type material. Holotype ♀, India: Arunachal Pradesh West Kameng district, Bhalukpung (27°01‘12.5“N & 92°38‘25.9“E, 213 m), 25.x.1997, Coll. T. C. Narendran, ( NHM) B. M. TYPE HYM. 3a. 390 ( NHMUK013458831 About NHMUK ). GoogleMaps

Diagnosis. Body length 6.8 mm, ovipositor length 5.4 mm. Frons trans-striate with strong microsculptures, frontal teeth comparatively small; vertex with five transverse carinae followed by transverse striae with a median dark longitudinal band; pronotum with distinct reticulations; mesoscutum reticulate anteriorly, followed by a median longitudinal ridge and either sides reticulate-punctate or irregularly carinate; metapleuron reticulate; propodeum with scattered pits and very large interstices, inside of pits reticulate; hind coxa circularly carinate; hind femora bidentate with a basal denticle; first metasomal tergite shorter than combined remaining segments; ovipositor sheath distinctly longer than metasoma, without an ivory band sub-apically.
