Discussion. Enithares biimpressa was described from Hong Kong, and the male genitalia of the topotypic specimens listed above match the figure in provided in Lansbury (1968), particularly in regard to the shape of the male paramere and the LABP. This species is close to E. chinensis , which has been recorded from nearby Macao ( Lansbury 1968), and the two species may eventually prove to be synonyms, although if so, then E. biimpressa is the far older name and would have priority.
