Distribution: Nearctic. U.S.A. (Arizona, California, Montana, Nevada, Utah).
Larval host plant(s): unknown.

Remarks: Braun (1948: 63) gave a wider geographic distribution for E. stramineola . Kaila (1999b: 21) divided E. stramineola sensu Braun (1921a: 16) into several species, formally described by Kaila (1999b).
