Echinolaelaps echidninus (Berlese, 1887)

Distribution and habitats. Mazandaran Province (Sari), different species of rodents (MotevalliHagghi et al. 2000); (Sari), on the body of R. rattus , R. norvegicus , M. musculus , Glis glis , Apodemus sylvaticus , Nesokia indica and Arvicola terrestris (Motevalli-Hagghi et al. 2002) ; Hormozgan Province ( Bandar Abbas), on the body of R. norvegicus and T. indica ( Hanafi-Bojd et al. 2007) .
