Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 6.2 mm. Head black,except mandible and part of clypeus testaceous; antenna brown, except scape, pedicel and flagellomeres 5–8 testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs black, except part of procoxa, part of protrochanter and part of meso- and metatarsus testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 12:7:50:28:19:13:12:11:9.5:13. Head excavated, dull, granulate and sculptured by small areolae; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; lateral ocelli situated in front of virtual straight line joining posterior edges of eyes; POL = 4; OL = 3; OOL = 10; OPL = 2; TL = 3; temple slightly visible. Pronotum crossed by strong anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; disc humped; posterior collar very short; pronotum sculptured by numerous longitudinal keels; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, with lateral regions sculptured by numerous parallel and longitudinal keels; median region partly smooth and partly sculptured by irregular keels (in specimen from Tanzania, Mkomazi Game Reserve, median region completely sculptured by numerous longitudinal keels). Notauli apparently complete and posteriorly separated; near posterior margin of mesoscutum, notauli hardly visible among longitudinal keels. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, punctate, unsculpured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel, slightly longer than propodeal declivity (30:25); propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (19:14) Protarsomeres in following proportions: 28:4:10:23:36. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 139C View FIGURE 139 ) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of 11 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 139C View FIGURE 139 ) with two rows of 13 + 15 lamellae; apex with approximately 22 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
