( Figs 13–19 View FIGURES 13 – 19 )

Description. FEMALE. Body length 6.0 mm; fore wing length 4.85 mm.

Head. Antenna slender, setiform, more than 32-segmented. Scape 1.5 times as long as maximum width. First flagellar segment 7.0 times as long as its apical width, 1.2 times as long as second segment. Head width 1.2 times its median length, 1.2 times maximum width of mesoscutum. Head behind eyes distinctly roundly narrowed in dorsal view. Eye 1.6 times as long as temple in dorsal view. Ocelli small, in triangle with base 1.3 times as long as its sides. POL: OD: OOL=4: 4: 10. Vertex smooth, with very sparse and short setae. Frons smooth. Temple smooth ventrally. Eye glabrous, 1.2 times as high as broad. Face almost smooth, only with very fine sculpture medially and in upper lateral 0.2, its width 1.0 times height of eye, 1.3 times height of face and clypeus combined. Malar space 0.4 times height of eye, 0.9 times as long as basal width of mandible. Malar suture distinct, shallow. Hypoclypeal depression about 0.5 times as wide as face. Occipital carina complete dorsally, not fused with hypostomal carina ventrally.

Mesosoma. Length 2.3 times as long as its height. Pronotum with weakly convex lobe dorsally and with distinct pronotal keel. Median lobe of mesoscutum convex and distinctly protruding forwards. Mesoscutum smooth, with two distinct and convergent carinae and with coarse rugae between them. Mesoscutum with sparse, long, pale and almost erect setae arranged widely along notauli and marginally. Notauli deep anteriorly and shallow posteriorly, complete, coarsely and sparsely crenulate. Scutellum smooth. Prescutellar depression deep, with distinct median carina, 0.6 times as long as scutellum. Mesopleuron almost smooth. Subalar depression rather deep, wide, densely transversely striate. Precoxal sulcus deep, long, smooth, running along anterior 0.8 of lower part of mesopleuron. Propodeum without lateral tubercles, with smooth and delineated by distinctly carinae basolateral areas; areola distinctly delineated by carinae.

Wings. Fore wing 3.9 times as long as maximum width. Vein r arising from middle of pterostigma. Vein 3-SR forming very obtuse angle with r. 3-SR: r: SR1: 2-SR= 28: 12: 69: 20. Second submarginal cell large, 2.8 times as long as maximum width, 1.1 times as long as first subdiscal cell. Vein 1-SR+M sinuate. Vein m-cu slightly antefurcal, distance between m-cu and 1-M equal to m-cu. First subdiscal cell 3.5 times as long as maximum width, CU1a arising from posterior 0.25 of distal margin of first subdiscal cell. Hind wing vein M+CU almost as long as vein 1- M. Vein m-cu straight, weakly curved distally, antefurcal.

Legs. Hind coxa rugose-punctate dorsally, smooth ventrally, without dorsal tooth. Hind femur 2.9 times as long as maximum width. Dorsal side of hind tibia with rather long, sparse and semi-erect setae, their length 1.4–1.8 times maximum width of tibia. Hind tarsus 0.9 times as long as hind tibia. Hind basitarsus 0.8 times as long as second-fifth segments combined; second segment of hind tarsus 0.4 times as long as basitarsus, 1.2 times as long as fifth segment (except pretarsus).

Metasoma almost equal to mesosoma and head combined. First tergite with small spiracular tubercles in basal quarter, weakly and almost linearly widened from base to apex. Maximum width of first tergite 1.5 times its minimum width; its length almost equal to maximum width. Second tergite with distinct, almost straight and subparallel sublateral furrows, median length of second tergite 0.3 times its basal width, 0.6 times length of third tergite. Suture between second and third tergites distinct, shallow, with distinct sublateral bends. Third tergite with wide and shallow depression in basal third. First and second tergites entirely and third tergite in basal 0.4 medially (but in basal 0.8 laterally) densely striate with dense rugulosity between striae. Fourth-sixth tergites densely granulate-reticulate in basal 0.3–0.5. Ovipositor sheath 0.8 times as long as metasoma and 0.5 times as long as fore wing.

Colour. Head yellow, temple laterally narrowly brown. Mesosoma almost yellow, pronotum and propodeum almost black, lower part of mesopleuron brownish yellow. Metasoma black, two-sixth tergites laterally, fourthsixth tergites medially and seventh tergite apically almost white. Antenna brownish yellow, scape yellow dorsally, brownish yellow ventrally. Palpi pale yellow. Legs yellow, fore and middle coxae and trochanters pale yellow; hind coxa and hind trochanter mostly, hind femur in apical 0.8 and hind tibia submedially widely brown; all fifth tarsal segments dark brown. Wings faintly infuscate. Pterostigma dark brown, yellow apically and basally.

Male. Unknown.

Variation. Body length 5.8–6.4 mm; fore wing length 4.7-5.1 mm. Length 2.2 times as long as its height. Second submarginal cell 2.7 times as long as maximum width. Hind femur 3.0 times as long as wide.
