Description. Female. Body length 2.7 mm, fore wing length 3.3 mm.

Head. Transverse in dorsal view, 2× as wide as long and weakly wider than mesoscutum (32.2:30.0). Temple shiny and impunctate, very constricted. Face relatively shiny, with shallow punctures, sparsely pubescent, inner margin of eyes converged below, transverse, 0.7× as high as wide. Ocelli relatively small, distance between fore and a hind ocellus equal with diameter of an ocellus, posterior imaginary tangent to fore ocellus transecting hind two ocelli, POL:OD:OOL=5.2:2.3:4.0. Antenna slightly longer than body, penultimate antennomere cubic.

Mesosoma. Length:breadth:height=47.1:30.0:32.0. Disc of mesonotum relatively dull, with silvery pubescence, deeply punctate, interspaces larger than diameter of punctures. Scutellar sulcus nearly straight, relatively narrow with shallow indistinct carinae in between. Scutellum shiny, with shallow punctures all over. Propodeum shiny, with setose punctures anterior-laterally, posteral-lateral field and middle part polished, two carinae reaching out from orifice. Mesopleuron highly polished, with indistinct setose punctures anteriorly.

Legs. Spines on outer side of hind tibia dense. Inner spur of hind tibia over half length of hind basitarsus, outer spur nearly half length of hind basitarsus. Basitarsus of hind leg distinctly shorter than tarsomeres 2–4 combined (15.0:17.0).

Wings. Pterostigma 2.7× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R1 (metacarp) as long as pterostigma, 5.0× as long as its distance from the apex of the marginal cell. Vein r arising from middle of pterostigma, vein r gradually and naturally arched with vein 2-SR. 1 st discal cell slightly wider than high. 1 st submarginal cell of hind wing 2.0× wider than high. Vein cu-a strongly curved.

Metasoma. Longer than thorax (53.5:47.1). T1 parallel-sided, 1.3× longer than wide posteriorly, concave at basal third, coarsely punctuate at apical 2/3. T2 curved into T3, weakly strigose anteriorly and laterally, slightly uneven medially, 2.8× wider than long in the middle. T3 1.3× as long as T2. Tergites after T2 relatively dull, pubescent. Hypopygium distinctly produced into a spinule. Ovipositor sheath nearly 2/3 length of hind tibia, very thin.

Colour. Body black. Tegula and spurs yellow. Palpi white. Antenna brown dorsally but yellowish ventrally, last five joints bright yellow. Ovipositor sheath evenly brown. Labrum and mandible bright reddish yellow. Legs pale yellow, except coxae black and hind 2/5 of hind tibia brown and hind tarsus slightly reddish yellow. Wing membrane hyaline, vein 1-R1 and C+SC+R yellow, pterostigma brown, r, 2-SR, 2-M and other veins pale yellow, pterostigma with pale basal spot.

Variation: Body length 2.6-2.8 mm

Distribution. China (Guizhou, Liaoning, Ningxia, Zhejiang).

Etymology. The specific name “ spinulicula ” derived is the Latin adjective “spinul” and noun “culus”, referring to its hypopygium distinctly produced into a spinule.

Remarks. This species is similar to D. stenosis Song et Chen but differs from the latter by the following: ocelli on low triangle; inner margin of eyes distinctly converged below; and 1 st discal cell slightly wider than high.
