Description. Female. Body length 2.8 mm, fore wing length 3.3 mm.
Head. Transverse in dorsal view, 1.9× as wide as long and as wide as mesoscutum. Temple very shiny and impunctate, rather constricted. Face subquadrate, shallowly punctate, less pubescent, inner margin of eyes subparallel. Ocelli on low triangle, the posterior tangent to the anterior ocellus slightly cutting the posterior pair, distance between fore and a hind ocellus not shorter than diameter of an ocellus, POL:OD:OOL=5.7:2.0:5.0. Antenna distinctly shorter than body, penultimate antennomere strongly transverse and 12–15 segments abruptly expanded.
Mesosoma. Length:breadth:height=47.0:32.5:33.5. Disc of mesonotum highly shiny with shallow punctures, interspaces larger than diameter of punctures. Scutellar sulcus slightly curved, relatively narrow with carinae in between. Scutellum highly polished, smooth without punctuation. Propodeum shiny, with setose punctures on brow, strongly strigose above orifice, rugose medially, posterior-lateral field polished, hind corners distinctly raised. Mesopleuron highly polished, with shallow fine punctures anteriorly.
Legs. Spines on outer side of hind tibia dense. Spurs of hind tibia of equal size, nearly half length of basitarsus. Basitarsus of hind leg as long as tarsomeres 2–4 combined.
Wings. Pterostigma 2.6× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R1 (Metacarp) 1.2× longer than pterostigma, 5× as long as its distance from the apex of the marginal cell. Vein r arising from middle of pterostigma, shorter than width of pterostigma, vein r as long as vein 2-SR, distinctly angled at their meeting, length of vein 2-M 2/3 vein 2-SR. 1 st discal cell 1.2× wider than high. 1 st submarginal cell of hind wing 1.3× wider than high. Vein cu-a strongly curved inward, vannal lobe beyond its widest part evenly convex.
Metasoma. A little longer than mesosoma (53.0:47.0). T1 indistinctly constricted before hind, 1.6× longer than wide posteriorly, basal one third indistinctly concave, turned-over part striate laterally, weakly rugose transversely, hind tubercle polished. T2 evenly curved into T3, 4.1× wider than long in the middle, slightly uneven medially, subrugulose anteriorly and laterally. T3 1.6× as long as T2, tergites after T2 polished, shiny and less pubescent. Ovipositor sheath 4/5 length of hind tibia, remarkably wide beyond anterior fourth (as wide as length of 2nd hind tarsus).
Colour. Body black. Tegula dark brown. Palpi and spurs pale yellow. Antenna dark brown but slightly lighter apically. Ovipositor sheath evenly dark brown. Labrum and mandible dark reddish yellow, apex of mandible lighter. Fore and mid legs bright yellow, hind leg and all coxae brown to dark brown. Wing membrane hyaline, vein 1-R1, C+SC+ R and pterostigma brown, r, 2-SR, 2-M and other veins light brown, pterostigma with pale basal spot.
Variation. Body length 2.9–3.1mm.

Distribution. China (Sichuan).
Etymology. The specific name “ aberrantenna ” derived is the Latin adjective “aberran-” and “antenna”, referring to the aberrant expanded last joints of antenna.
Remarks. This species is similar to D. fumeus Liu & Chen , sp. n., but differs in the following: temple very shiny and impunctate, rather constricted; head as wide as mesoscutum; and turned-over part of T1 striate aside, weak rugose transversely.
