Type locality. Waitakerei [sic, Waitakere] Range.

Broun number: 1375.

Type material examined. 1 ex. Syntype (NHM): card-mounted, “1375.” [in Broun’s hand], “Waitakerei”, “New Zealand. [red underline] \ Broun Coll. \ Brit. Mus. \ 1922-482.”, “ Cyprobius \ undulatus .” [in Broun’s hand].

Remarks. In the original description (Broun 1883), Broun noted that he collected two specimens in the Waitakerei Range.
