Chrysis fedtschenkoi Radoszkowski, 1877

Chrysis Fedtschenkoi Radoszkowski 1877: 12 .

Type locality: Uzbekistan: “Habitat in Maracanda”, [This beautiful species was collected on the 13th of July at Samarkand].

Holotype, ♀: 13. <printed on green-blue label> // Самаркандъ [Samarkand] <printed> // 25 <handwritten> // Chrysis fedtschenkoi Rad. <handwritten red label> // 13.VI.1869 <handwritten by Antropov>.

Remarks. Radoszkowski (1877) in the Russian description listed another specimen examined some years before and collected in Greece. This specimen is not listed in the Latin description and we do not consider it as belonging to the types series: the description is based only on the specimen collected at Samarkand. At the MNHU there is one specimen of Chrysis fedtschenkoi labelled as type and originating from the Radoszkowski collection. It was collected in Transcaspia and therefore it is not part of the type series.

Current status. Pseudospinolia humboldti ( Dahlbom, 1845) (synonymized by Mocsáry 1889: 223; transferred to Pseudospinolia Linsenmaier by Kimsey & Bohart 1991: 547).
