Distribution:— India, the Himalayas, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and southwestern China.
Notes:— Dickason 8284 is represented by two sheets, each with slightly different data; we treat them as separate collections. Egerod B-105 is a mixed collection. The different parts were collected at the same minor locality in Kengtung District, Shan State, but with different dates (where available), which are apparently the dates of preservation of the cultivated material. Three of the sheets cited in this paper were identified as D. crepidatum , whereas two others were referred to D. dixanthum . Details are given under the respective species.
