Vernacular Names: Collared Titi.
Synonyms: Callicebus (Torquatus) amicta (É. Geoffroy 1812) .
Distribution: Brazil, between Rios Negro/Uaupes and Rios Solimoes/Japura/Apaporis.
Conservation: CITES – Appendix II; IUCN – Lower Risk (lc).
Discussion: Subgenus Torquatus . Does not include lucifer , lugens , purinus or regulus according to van Roosmalen et al. (2002).
